The app does not directly provide food or services and is not a party to any agreement
between the user and partner restaurants or cafes.
3. Scope of Service
The app's services are provided within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan unless otherwise stated.
Available services may vary depending on the user's location and the availability of partner restaurants.
4. User Account
- Use of some application features requires creating an account with a valid email address.
- The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- The user is obligated to provide accurate and truthful information.
- Creating fake accounts or using other users' accounts is prohibited.

6. Table Reservations (Real-Time)

- Reservations are confirmed or declined by the restaurant.
- The app does not guarantee table availability in all cases.
- The restaurant is fully responsible for honoring the reservation.
- Some restaurants may impose cancellation or late fees or other conditions.
7. Location
The app uses location services to provide essential features such as:
- Locating nearby restaurants
- Displaying relevant offers
- Sending location-based notifications
Location may be used while the app is running in the background.
The user acknowledges and agrees to the use of location services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The user can control or disable location permissions in their device settings at any time.

The user can disable notifications in their device settings.
